I do not have this issue in any other game I currently have installed, although I do recall having frequent stuttering in The Division 2 from time to time, however this game is far worse and with longer freezes. My graphics drivers and Windows updates are up to date. Changing between Fullscreen and Windowed Turning down all graphics settings to Low/Off I haven't noticed the freezes happening while being close to specific objects or such, it appears to be happening randomly. I can also at this point see the CPU spiking up to 100%, then going back down once it unfreezes. The sound is not freezing, only the image. While the game is frozen, I can still hear the sound in the game. The game is occasionally freezing for about 5-6 seconds.
